In the -40 ℃ low temperature experiments, the sealing strip does not harden, not the crisp, still remains soft and good adhesion ,shows excellent cold resistance. Under the high temperature of 120 ℃, the seal is still keep good weather resistance, and elastic properties, morphology and functions are not affected.

Sealing material selection determines its permanent softness and flexibility, through formula adjustment, enhance the softness of dry sealant, so that it forms a good seal layer between the sheet metal and plastic.Unique high elasticity of butyl rubber ensure  the sealant is easily peeled off from the metal sheet , without contaminating the sheet metal.

Automotive seals are mainly compounded by dense ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) , with the features of good flexibility and resistance to compression, ,resistance to aging, ozone, chemical action, wide operating temperature range (-40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃) , contains a unique metal fixture and tongue-shaped buckle, durable and easy to install.

Classified according to the sealing characteristics

It can be divided into the weather seal (WEATHERSTRIP) and general sealing strip (SEALING). Among them, the weather seal with a hollow tube sponge foam, keeps better temperature and humidity function. Common weather seal mainly are door seal, trunk seal, engine cover strips. Common seals generally include windshield seals and corner window seal, inside and outside bars and so on.
